In 1982 the founder D. Carlos Briones Perona decided to convey to the businessmen the theoretical ideas that he was teaching as a professor applying them to the business reality in auditing and consulting field.

After Act 19/1988 on Auditing came into force C.B. Auditores & Consultores was founded in response to the increasing demand of this services, It was established with one main objective: offering highly qualified and professional services to its customers taking into account the world business demand.
